Ordering a delivery in Korea with an overseas card

Set the delivery address first

Enter the Korean road address, building name and unit number if relevant. If you are staying at a hotel, check whether the delivery should go to reception or a designated pickup area.

Check the app’s requirements

  • Can you sign in and receive the required verification message?
  • Does checkout accept your card and billing details?
  • Can the courier reach you through the app or the contact number you supplied?

Requirements vary by service. If the app requires local verification you cannot complete, ask the restaurant or your accommodation about another ordering method.

If payment is unclear

Check the order history, confirmation message and card authorization before trying again. Save the order number so support can distinguish a pending payment from a confirmed order.
